Amendments to Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals Soon to Be Enacted for Driving Global Talent Retention in Taiwan

The National Development Council's planned amendments to the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals passed a third reading in the Legislative Yuan on August 29 this year（2025）in an attempt to address the fierce competition for global talent and need to develop domestic industries.
