護理教育應用數位遊戲對護生反思能力的影響

The Influence of Digital Game-Based Learning on Nursing Students' Reflective Ability

隨著數位科技的迅速發展，遊戲式學習在護理教育中的應用日益受到關注。透過數位遊戲的互動機制與即時回饋，學習者能夠在模擬環境中進行決策與試錯，進而提升其批判性思考與問題解決能力。近年來，護理教育愈加強調反思能力在臨床實踐中的重要性，而數位遊戲具備情境式學習特性，能促進護生的經驗回顧與深度思考。本綜論彙整近年應用數位遊戲於護理教育的研究，探討其對護生反思能力的影響。結果發現，數位遊戲中的即時回饋、角色扮演與情境模擬設計，能提升護生的反思與臨床判斷能力。然而，現有研究在研究設計與成效指標上尚未達成共識，仍需進一步發展具信效度之評估工具與應用模式。因此本篇綜論透過文獻分析探討數位遊戲在護理教育中的應用，對護生反思能力的影響，並討論其潛在優勢與挑戰，以期為未來研究與教學實踐提供參考。

As digital technology rapidly advances, game-based learning is receiving increased attention in nursing education. Digital games offer users interactive experiences and immediate feedback, allowing them to engage in decision-making and trial-and-error processes. This enhances their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. In recent years, nursing education has emphasized the importance of reflective skills in clinical practice. Digital games, with their contextual learning features, enhance experiential review and promote in-depth reflection among nursing students. However, there is limited empirical research on how digital games affect the reflective abilities of nursing students. In this review article, we analyzed the use of digital games in nursing education, evaluated their effect on nursing students’reflective abilities, and discussed potential benefits and challenges. The findings aim to provide insights for future research and educational practices.
