針灸與中藥輔助治療胃輕癱病例報告

Treatment of Gastroparesis with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Case Report

本病例為一名51歲男性患者，病史有第二型糖尿病已12年，因頭暈、疲倦、吐血、解黑便至診所就診後轉診至本院，經內視鏡檢查有十二指腸第三段水平部基質瘤(pT2N0M0, stage IIIB)，手術切除後停止進食，第7天嘗試由口進食後有嘔吐症狀，上腸胃道攝影檢查十二指腸部分阻塞與臨床症狀觀察，診斷有胃輕癱，術後第19天會診中醫治療，在經針灸與少量中藥治療後顯著改善嘔吐與進食狀況。這位胃輕癱個案中醫輔助針灸與中藥治療後恢復良好，希望能提供給類似病患中西醫結合治療醫療參考。

A 51 year-old man with a history of type 2 diabetes for 12 years was referred to our hospital due to dizziness, fatigue, hematemesis, and tarry stool. He was diagnosed as having duodenum 3rd portion gastrointestinal stromal tumor (pT2N0M0, stage IIIB) and excised it. He tried to eat on the 7th day after the operation but had vomit. We arrange upper gastrointestinal series showing duodenal partial stenosis, was found to have gastroparesis. After the acupuncture and a small amount Chinese medicine treatment on the 19th day, his vomit and food intake were significantly improved. This case shows that acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can treat gastroparesis, and hopes to provide a medical reference for similar patients.
