國立科學工藝博物館蒐藏政策檢討研究

The Review Study of the National Science and　Technology Museum’s Collection Policy

國立科學工藝博物館自西元1997年典藏第1件科技文物，迄今執行文物典藏業務近30年，經常在蒐藏政策、文物分類及取得審議的管理機制3個面向備受質疑檢討。本次研究運用行動研究法，透過政策的重新檢視，針對前述3個面向思考調整的可行性。歷經1年資料蒐集、內部意見的討論、外部專家的檢視，逐步修方向後執行再檢討，並針對典藏管理工作可精進的空間，以及政策檢討過程中所遭遇之問題，提出進一步之建議。

The National Science and Technology Museum has been collecting cultural relics for nearly 30 years since it collected its first piece of scientific and technological artifact in 1997. It has often been questioned and reviewed in three aspects: collection policy, classification of cultural relics, and management mechanism for obtaining approval.
This study uses action research and focus group research methods to review policies and consider the feasibility of adjustments for the three issues. After a year of data collection, internal discussion, and external expert review, we gradually carried out a re-review in the revised direction, and put forward further suggestions on the room for improvement in collection management and the problems encountered during the implementation process.
