護理人員照護新型冠狀病毒感染病患心靈記事－－某中台灣醫院的2例經驗

Nursing Care for the COVID-19 Infected Patients Focused on Mental Health-Two Cases Experience in Mid-Taiwan

本文是為照護兩位新型冠狀病毒疾病Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)感染個案入住負壓隔離病房後，病人所面臨身體、心理、與社會等各方面改變所引發的護理問題。筆者藉由臨床觀察及電話訪談蒐集資料，提供合宜，個別護理措施，包含鼓勵個案情緒抒發與耐心傾聽心中感受，適時提供適當的心理支持。利用音樂紓壓，引導個案以正向態度面對此次疾病，同時協助個案在出院後恢復正常生活，希望此報告能提供護理人員在照顧類似個案之參考。

We reported our nursing experience about caring two cases for Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infected diseases patients, mainly focused on the mental health care. Patients admitted in the negative pressure isolation ward might having care needs in physical, mental, and social dimensions. According to our clinical observation and telephone interviews with patients, we suggested personalized nursing cares by listening, music relaxation, and emotional expression might be the suitable methods to lead patients to release their acute stress status.
