Doctor-patient communication is vital in healthcare, especially in resource-strapped rural areas. Establishing relationships in these regions is challenging, however, Taitung Hospital enhances rural healthcare communication by using scientific data and modern technology. Scientific data reveals local disease patterns, guiding tailored healthcare policies and health education. It also enables precise and personalized medical services, facilitating positive communication cycles and building community trust. In the present report, we share Taitung Hospital's experience with innovative rural healthcare communication strategies, integrating scientific data for optimized resource allocation and improve doctor-patient interactions. In conclusion, we redefine Taitung Hospital's public medical value through innovative and evidence-based practices. |
