The Ministry of Health and Welfare's National Health Administration has been promoting a preschool health promotion program since 2018. The program aims to integrate the concept of health promotion into preschoolers' daily life skills through three dimensions: preschool health policies, children's knowledge and skills, and parental and community awareness. By intervening and promoting healthy behaviors, the program aims to cultivate healthy habits among preschoolers. This study focuses on 126 preschools participating in the preschool health promotion program in 2023, involving 6,837 preschoolers. It analyzes 105 preschools that selected the ''physical fitness'' topic, examining pre- and post-test differences in preschoolers' stability, mobility, and manipulative skills before and after implementing the health promotion program. The results indicate significant improvements in balance, locomotor skills, and object manipulation abilities among preschoolers participating in the health promotion program. Future research could explore the interdisciplinary impact of health promotion programs on preschoolers' motor skills and utilize data-driven intervention assessment indicators to accurately measure effectiveness. |
