麻醉護理師專業訓練之課程設計與實施

Curriculum Design and Implementation of Professional Education for Nurse Anesthetists

麻醉護理師為進階護理師，其專業訓練課程的設計，國內外均在不斷發展中。本文旨在探討某教學醫院所設計之麻醉護理師專業訓練課程設計與實施過程。運用參與觀察、文件分析、隨機訪談等方法蒐集資料，並針對課程設計的過程與結果進行討論。除可見訓練課程的發展與課程決定存在有不同因素外，課程進行後對參與訓練之學員在知識、技能、態度等層面的表現均有提升。未來或可藉由本專案之角度，進一步研究與推廣。

This study used participant observation, interview and document analysis to analyze and assess a Nurse Anesthetist professional training course in a teaching hospital. We concluded that the standards for Nurse Anesthetist training accreditation in Taiwan are different from those of other countries, that course development can be divided into steps, and that certain factors impact curriculum decision making. In this course, all the participants showed improvements in knowledge, skills and attitude. This study concludes proposing paths for further research.
