目的:探討護生在基本護理學實習的學習態度及實習滿意度之相關性。
方法:橫斷方便取樣,對象為北市醫護管理專科學校護理學生共266位,於2019年6月15日至2019年9月3日進行填寫問卷,含個人背景、實習之學習態度量表及實習滿意度量表。以SPSS 20版統計軟體進行資料分析。
結果:自覺健康在「護生對實習單位醫護人員滿意度」與「實習滿意度整體平均」達顯著差異(t = 2.69, p < .01; t = 2.02, p < .05);護理科就讀的興趣與學習態度量表之「學習焦慮」達顯著的低度負相關(r = -.14, p < .05);實習滿意度整體平均與學習態度量表之「學習興趣」、「學習習慣」、「實用性」、「學習態度整體平均」皆達顯著的中度正相關(r = .43, p < .001;r = .36,p < .001;r = .44, p < .001;r = .42, p < .001)。整體的迴歸解釋力為29.4%。
結論:本研究發現護生的學習態度與實習滿意度顯著中度正相關,顯示正向學習態度有助於提升實習滿意度。值得注意的是,自覺健康較差的學生反而在實習滿意度上得分較高,可能與他們在實習期間獲得較多的支持與關懷有關。建議教育者除強化學生正向學習態度的培養外,也應關注其身心健康狀況,適時提供支持與資源,以提升實習成效與整體滿意度。
英文摘要
Objective: To explore the correlation between nursing students' learning attitudes and internship satisfaction during their basic nursing practice.
Methods: A cross-sectional study using convenience sampling was conducted among 266 nursing students from Mackay Junior College of Medicine, Nursing, and Management in Taipei. Data were collected between June 15 and September 3, 2019, using a questionnaire on personal background, an internship learning attitude scale, and an internship satisfaction scale. Data were analyzed with SPSS software version 20.
Results: Significant differences were observed between perceived health status and both ''satisfaction with healthcare staff in the internship unit'' and the ''overall average of internship satisfaction'' (t = 2.69, p < .01; t = 2.02, p < .05). A significant low negative correlation was found between ''interest in studying nursing'' and ''learning anxiety'' (r = -.14, p < .05). Internship satisfaction was moderately and positively correlated with ''learning interest,'' ''learning habits,'' ''practicality,'' and ''overall average of learning attitude'' (r = .43–.44, p < .001). The regression model explained 29.4% of the variance.
Conclusion: This study found a significant moderate positive correlation between nursing students' learning attitudes and internship satisfaction, indicating that a positive learning attitude contributes to higher satisfaction during internships. Notably, students who perceived themselves as having poorer health reported higher levels of internship satisfaction, which may be related to receiving more support and care during the internship period. It is recommended that educators not only strengthen the cultivation of positive learning attitudes but also pay attention to students’physical and mental health, providing timely support and resources to enhance internship outcomes and overall satisfaction.
