Neonatal organ donation involves complex ethical, legal, and medical challenges. The unique physiological characteristics of neonates, along with their inability to express autonomous consent, have generated extensive international debate regarding the ethical legitimacy of such donations. This study examines the historical development, ethical considerations, regulatory frameworks, and ongoing challenges of neonatal organ donation in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan.
