| 英文摘要 |
Patients with hip fractures often experience hip pain and dysfunction during the post-surgery period, which can lead to limitations in daily activities and a decline in quality of life. The purpose of this article is to explore the introduction, etiology, function, and symptoms of hip fractures, the impact of hip dysfunction on daily life, assessment tools, and nursing management for post-surgical hip fracture patients. Common instruments for subjective assessment include the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC), Hospital for Special Surgery Hip Replacement Expectations Survey (HSS THRES), Hip Disability and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (HOOS), and Harris Hip Score (HHS). Common instruments for objective assessment include the Functional Testing Protocol-HIP, Merle d'Aubignéand Postel Scoring System, and Hip Range of Motion and Manual Muscle Testing (MMT - Hip Flexion). This article provides clinical references for assessing the symptoms and function of hip fractures and guiding nursing management. |
