Heart-lung Compression by a Large Anterior Mediastinal Cyst

在此，我們報告一位47歲女性，她嚴重胸悶、端坐呼吸和呼吸困難。胸部電腦斷層顯示一個巨大的前縱膈囊腫（12公分×12公分×10公分），嚴重壓迫心臟和左肺。胸腔鏡手術後，病人症狀消失。三個月追蹤，她的情況非常好。

Here we report a 47-year-old woman who had severe chest distress, orthopnea, and exertional dyspnea. Chest CT showed a large anterior mediastinal cyst (12 cm x 12 cm x 10 cm) that severely compressed the heart and left lung. The patient became symptom-free after thoracoscopic surgery. She was very well at three months follow-up.
