Here we report a 47-year-old woman who had severe chest distress, orthopnea, and exertional dyspnea. Chest CT showed a large anterior mediastinal cyst (12 cm x 12 cm x 10 cm) that severely compressed the heart and left lung. The patient became symptom-free after thoracoscopic surgery. She was very well at three months follow-up. |
