Sclerosing Microcystic Adenocarcinoma of the Tongue

硬化性微囊性腺癌（SMA）是一種罕見的腫瘤，由Mills等人於2016年首次描述。SMA好發於頭頸部黏膜，組織病理學上與皮膚微囊性附屬癌（MAC）相似。SMA的文獻很少，迄今為止，亞洲人群中只有2–3例的報告。我們根據臨床資訊，報告了該病例。SMA主要發生於年齡介於41–73歲之間的女性。頭頸部黏膜表面受影響最嚴重的部位是舌頭和口底。鑑於SMA的診斷主要依賴形態學特徵，且無法使用可靠的免疫組織化學，因此診斷上非常具有挑戰性。

Sclerosing microcystic adenocarcinoma (SMA) is a rare neoplastic entity. When occurring in the head and neck mucosa, it is histopathologically similar to cutaneous microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC). Upon reviewing the literature, to our knowledge, only 2-3 SMA cases have been reported in the Asian population. Hereby, we report a case of SMA arising in the floor of the mouth of a patient with concurrent oral squamous cell carcinoma in the tongue.
