During the nursing period from 2021/4/27 to 2021/5/14, data was collected through direct care, observation, interviews, listening, physical assessment, etc., and a holistic nursing assessment was conducted on the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual levels to establish health problems high-risk falls, including lack of self-care ability, and feelings of powerlessness. In the nursing process, active care and cooperation with family members are used to encourage the patient to express emotions, express feelings, accompany and give positive feedback, provide health education related to illness and treatment, and design individualized bedside activities for family members to coordinate rehabilitation to encourage the patient to participate in care. This is done in order to maintain physical function, reduce uncertainty about the prognosis, improve self-care skills, and increase the sense of control, thereby improving the sense of powerlessness. |
