This article aims at discussing the relationship between Kuomintang and the Association of Civilian Services with documents and archives since 40s, and putting each chapters structured in a decade order. This article’s type of writing is organized like the combination of report and research paper, by referring to documents and archives that cited at the same time, which confirming the Association of Civilian Services was KMT’s affiliate organizations in history, then comes up with the reviewing of its personnel, finance, and operation controlled by KMT, and having discovered its features like acting on behalf of the party, and both situates at the same position. Besides, the Association of Civilian Services’role in taking government resources for KMT has been addressed in several chapters, and its relevance with KMT’s assets would also be the concerning matter. |
