To manage food safety and hygiene, and identify the common non-compliance issues, this study collected the audit projects of domestic ice products and ice-drinking toppings from 2019 to 2022, and combined it with the field survey in 2023. Ice products and ice-drinking toppings manufacturers have higher violation rates in“building facilities management,”“preparation and quality management,”“equipment and tools management,”and“storage management.”Personnel management, temperature and cleanliness management during transportation, and customer complaint handling procedures should also be strengthened. The above-mentioned common non-conforming items are intended to help operators review their internal safety and hygiene, and improve their independent management capabilities. |
