臺灣名老中醫傳承之文獻回顧與展望

The Inheritance of Renowned Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor in Taiwan—A Literature Review and the Prospect

傳統中醫臨床經驗的傳承，是現代中醫教育與發展的重要課題之一，而名老中醫則扮演了承先啟後的關鍵角色。臺灣在此方面進展緩慢，保存與研究的量能不足導致名家寶貴的學術與臨床經驗未能有效傳承。本文爬梳期刊文獻、相關著作與政府委辦計畫的研究現況，並將《中醫藥發展法》與相關法規逐一分析。臺灣名老中醫傳承面臨的問題在於缺乏系統化的選拔與傳承機制。建議因應之道：首先應建立名老中醫名冊、建構相關資料庫、規畫培養傳人，並強化院校教育課程，以提升臺灣中醫教育及臨床學術的傳承與發展。

The inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical experience is a crucial issue in modern TCM education and development, with renowned senior TCM doctors playing a pivotal role in bridging generations. However, Taiwan's progress in this area has been slow, with insufficient capacity for preservation and research, leading to the ineffective transmission of valuable academic knowledge and clinical expertise. This paper reviews the current state of research in journal articles, publications and government-commissioned projects and provides a detailed analysis of the ''Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Development Act'' and related regulations. The core issue is the lack of a systematic selection and inheritance mechanism. To address this, the paper proposes several practical solutions: establishing a list of renowned senior TCM doctors, constructing relevant databases, developing training programs for successors, and strengthening the curricular design of institutional education. These measures aim to enhance the transmission and development of Taiwan’s TCM education and clinical quality.
