“Surrogate Mother”is no longer a bioethical issue today since the onset of this reproductive technology. Taiwan has legalized the same-sex marriage allowing the homosexual lovers to be legally married as couple in 2023. The demand and debate of giving these couple the right to have children has been controversial . If granting this right to the same sex couple, the reproductive regulations need to be modified. Do they have the right to have children through third-person donation of human eggs or sperms? If this right is given , how is it going to effect the traditional moral values and social order? This article will look at the issue from bioethical perspective. |
