Executive Yuan’s plan to strengthen social security net emphasizes coordination, integration and cooperation, This article is concerned with the conflict and cooperation between protective and vulnerable families service social workers in practice. Through the direct experience of social workers as analysis material, it was found that protective and crisp social workers did not understand each other's service scope and evaluation standards. They mostly interact with each other based on established impressions and expectations, which hinders the flow of case services. Research has found that prior communication and information confirmation are helpful for cooperation, and that group culture, supervision attitude, interaction experience and lack of resources are all factors that influence whether collaboration can be achieved. Although there is a partnership between Protection and Crisis, there are still many challenges, including differences and asymmetries between organizational commitment and practice, the negative impact behind the untroubled expectations or requirements of first-and second-level consultants, The retreat of other existing systems has resulted in the dilemma of fighting each other within the network. What urgently needs to be faced and solved is the issue of lack of resources in order to build a more cooperative cooperation mechanism. |
