海運文件無紙化之法制研究——以電子載貨證券為核心

Research on the digitization of shipping documents-Focusing on the electronic bills of lading

海運文件無紙化已是國際趨勢，而電子載貨證券的使用將是重要的里程碑。本研究探討國際法有關海運電子文件之規範，並且瞭解實務上如何確保電子載貨證券之效力。同時，借鏡新加坡及英國之立法例，針對我國海運文件電子化之法規調適，提供相關建議。

The digitalization of shipping documents has become a trend, and the use of electronic bills of lading will be an important milestone. This study explores the international law about electronic documents for shipping, and understands how to ensure the validity of electronic bills of lading in practice. Moreover, this study analyzes policies and regulations on electronic bills of lading in Singapore and United Kingdom. Finally, this study proposes suggestions on promoting digitalization of shipping documents in Taiwan.
