Nutritional supplements are very important for head and neck cancer patients undergoing treatment. Patients often feel overwhelmed due to lack of correct nutritional concepts, or because wrong knowledge is counterproductive and affects their condition. This article focuses on the side effects that may occur during the treatment of head and neck cancer patients. It provides suggestions on food selection and cooking methods, as well as how to use cooking methods to increase caloric intake. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the nutrition of cancer patients in daily life. |
