In recent years, the high housing prices have made many people choose to rent instead of buying to reduce the burden of their lives. Therefore, this study intends to explore the factors that affect the rental price of housing in Taichung City, and take residential buildings of Central District, East District, South District, West District, North District, Nantun District, Situn District and Beitun District as the research scope. The data period is from 2020 to 2022. Regression analysis is conducted to determine the influence of variables on the total monthly rent. The results show that the total number of floors and the total area of buildings in most areas have a positive and significant influence on the total monthly rent. |
