本文依《原住民族健康法》的制定背景和目標，強調了保障原住民族健康權的重要性，特別關注條文中所謂的「健康國際事務」，除闡述了國內外相關法規對原住民族健康保障的重視，並探討國際上的法律規範對原住民族文化保存和健康保障的影響，進而指出國際合作對原住民族健康的積極作用，包括文化保存、權益保障、資源分享和經濟發展。在此基礎上，本文提出了將文化景觀、遺骨返還、傳統狩獵與動物權等問題納入「健康國際事務」的建議，以促進全球對原住民族健康和文化的關注，並期以能實現全球健康的目標。

This paper underscores the significance of safeguarding the health rights of indigenous peoples, particularly in light of the enactment of the ''Indigenous Peoples Health Act.'' It highlights the concept of ''international health affairs'' as articulated in the legislation, elucidating the importance of both domestic and international legal frameworks in ensuring the health protection of indigenous communities. Additionally, it delves into the positive impact of international collaboration on indigenous health, encompassing aspects such as cultural preservation, rights advocacy, resource sharing, and economic development. Building upon these discussions, the paper suggests the inclusion of issues like cultural landscapes, repatriation of remains, traditional hunting rights, and animal rights within the scope of ''international health affairs'' to heighten global awareness of indigenous health and culture, and to advance shared global health objectives.
