臺灣「唸歌」意義治療功能探析——以3位庶民的心聲為例

A Study on the Therapy Function of ''Sing Song'' in Taiwan–Take the Voices of 3 Common People as an Example

《禮記‧樂記》：「詩言其志也，歌詠其聲也…。」在臺灣「唸歌」裡有著思親情愛的呼喚，更有著悲苦驚憂的傾訴，它正是庶民的心聲，筆者認為此是庶民生活哲學範疇，對庶民而言，「唸歌」是生命意義的自我治療。 本文以田野調查與文本分析法，採錄收集約1930年代出生的3位高雄市阿蓮區長輩的10首生命記憶「唸歌」，進行意義治療之內涵與功能作用聯繫探析，以說明其對生命的自我療癒性。 從這10首「唸歌圖象」的分析探索，筆者認為採錄的「唸歌」沒有經世治國的策議大論或深奧哲理，它是本土性文化價值的抒發根源。「唸歌」是民間俗樂，概略是消遣生活苦悶，隨心之哼唱。它無雅樂的教化性，是字字出自庶民的心聲，它沒有思想傳教的企圖，是自我生命意義的安頓。筆者研究發現「唸歌」與庶民生命哲學相關，是儒道思想的本土化，透過了文化與宗教薰陶，進入了庶民的生活裡，起了自我安頓與抒懷的意義治療功能，亦是「自適安然」的生活實踐效應。

It is the settlement of the meaning of self-life. The author's research found that ''Songs'' is related to the life philosophy of the common people. It is the localization of Confucianism and Taoism. Through the influence of culture and religion, it has entered the lives of the common people, and has played a self-settling and expressive life meaning therapy.
