To promote the health of indigenous peoples communities and establish a health policy centered around them, and“Indigenous Peoples Health Act”through three readings in the legislative assembly on May 26, 2023. This act serves as a crucial cornerstone in safeguarding the health of indigenous peoples and aims to address the constitutional duty to rectify health disparities among them. However, the essence of legal studies lies fundamentally in legislative discourse. The objective of legal studies is to discover, deduce, derive, and interpret laws. The process of discovering, deducing, deriving, and interpreting laws essentially constitutes legislation. This article observes the legislative background and promotion process of the“Indigenous Peoples Health Act,”comparing differences in various versions and providing legal interpretations and critiques. |
