糖尿病併發症的中醫治療病例報告

Case report of treating Diabetes-related complications with Chinese Medical therapy

糖尿病是21世紀常見的慢性疾病之一。罹患糖尿病患者大部份需要口服降血糖藥或是注射胰島素。本案例是一位57歲的男性。因為罹患糖尿病，他就診時說明視力逐漸地降低。此外身體伴有下肢肌肉潰瘍與麻木和無力感。臨床實驗檢查發現他的血糖長期偏高。我們選用眼周的攢竹、太陽為主穴。病人視力模糊狀態針刺後感到維持平穩。故製作成病例報告提供中醫的治療方式做臨床參考。

Diabetes Mellitus is a common chronic disease in 21 century.Patient with diabetes mellitus mostly need to take oral decreasing blood sugar drug or injection insulin.This case is a 57 year old male. Because of having diabetes mellitus, he complain vision decreasing gradually. And he has lower limb muscle ulcer, numbness and faintness.We found his blood sugar on high level long time in clinical laboratory examination.We select around the eyes Zanzhu(BL-2),Taiyang(EX-HN5) as main acupuncture point.Patient blurr vision maintain stability after acupuncture.We present this case report for providing chinese medical treatment for clinical reference.
