足厥陰經筋之解剖學定位研究

The Anatomical Identification of the Liver Meridian Sinew

經筋在臨床上一直是較少被討論的主題。為了釐清經筋的位置及功能，本研究以足厥陰經筋為例，從解剖學觀點分析《十四經發揮》經脈圖中人的「形」與「勢」，配對功能相符的肌肉，並與《靈樞》原文的經筋走向對照。研究結果顯示：足厥陰經筋的肌肉、肌群一共六組，由下而上依序為內收趾肌、伸趾長肌、脛後肌、比目魚肌、大腿內收肌群、以及構成會陰體（perineal body）的肌肉群。依此肌肉群的位置與走向，我們可以得知經脈圖中人形擺位的意義及經筋的位置與功能。

Meridian Sinews has always been a less discussed topic. In order to clarify their location and function, we took Liver Meridian Sinew for example, analyzed the“Disposition”and“Potential”of the Channel Atlas in Shisijing Fahui through modern anatomy, select the muscles and muscle groups of which the function matches the“Potential”, and compared the results to the“Channel Sinews”in LingShu. We concluded that the Liver Meridian Sinew comprises 6 muscles and muscle groups. In ascending order, they are Adductor hallucis, Extensor hallucis longus, Tibialis posterior, Soleus, Adductors of thigh, and the muscles that converge and interlace at perineal body. Therefore, the“Disposition”of the Channel Atlas may display the location and function of Meridian Sinews.
