在法學研究中，習近平法治思想是一個特殊的研究對象。習近平法治思想是馬克思主義法治思想中國化時代化進程中形成的新時代中國特色社會主義法治思想體系，是全面依法治國、建設法治中國的根本遵循。特殊的研究對象必然需要特殊的方法論和方法。本文把馬克思主義哲學原理同習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想的世界觀和方法論相結合，堅持以“六個必須堅持”為指引、以“兩個結合”為科學範式、以“學理化體系化”為路徑方法，深刻把握習近平法治思想的實踐邏輯、理論邏輯和歷史邏輯，深刻把握習近平法治思想的原創性理論貢獻，科學提煉習近平法治思想的原創性概念、重大命題和經典論語，彰顯習近平法治思想的真理力量、實踐偉力和科學方法。上述用於習近平法治思想研究的方法論與習近平法治思想自身的方法論是高度契合、有機統一的。

In legal research, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a special research object.
