The cowhide processing industry into finished products has development opportunities in Indonesia, one of the industrial locations in Magetan Regency. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Magetan Regency have not utilized e-commerce ecosystem, causing a significant decrease in sales. This low performance is because SMEs are still too focused on the production line, the number of employees is limited and the skills to manage online sales media are low. This study attempts to examine the role of cooperative organizations (koperasi) in managing the sales of its members. The design of an ecommerce ecosystem enables cooperative organizations to manage member sales. The objective of this study is to design an e-commerce ecosystem that cooperatives and MSMEs can use as a guide for operating an online leather craft business. This study utilized the Delphi technique due to the small sample size and exploratory nature of the research. Participants do not need to be present in the same room to establish a consensus using the Delphi approach. Based on this method, 21 indicators are obtained that are used in six e-commerce ecosystem variables. Based on the results of the average weighting of indicators, the productivity variable has the highest value, namely 7.86 points. This research leads to determining the tasks of cooperative organizations to help members sell online. This task can be carried out by several workers consisting of a creative team that produces content for social media, an operations team in charge of controlling stock inventory, a business and financial intelligence team that monitors the sales performance of members and products and a product research and development team to plan product development. Each team to be effective assisted by e-commerce management technology to make it efficient.
