This article aims to explore the relationship between theoretical and historical perspectives, divide irregularities in rights protection into those within and outside the system, and analyze the new political path of political control, comprehensive social organization, and rights protection irregularities after political, economic, and social organization by the Communist Party of China in its early years (1949- 1966). This article’s research finds that the concept of social history can be used to describe in chronological order the impact of many unusual events on Mainland Chinese farmers in the early years of the CCP. It also explores how Mainland Chinese farmers responded to or resisted these events. By looking at Mainland China, its rural communities, and farmers from a different perspective, this article aims to analyze this distinct era in Mainland China’s history to attain deeper insights into this country. |
