數位身分已成為數位基礎設施，因此，有必要建立可信任的數位身分框架，以保護使用者權利並確保市場穩定；國際間已有諸多數位身分政策及研究，本文擇定歐盟、英國、加拿大及澳大利亞為對象研析，盼從中借鏡可茲學習借鑑之處。

Digital identity has already become digital economic infrastructure. Therefore, it is essential to construct a trustworthy digital identity framework to protect users' rights and maintain a stable market. There are different policies regarding digital identity, and this research chooses Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia as subjects for analysis of their digital identity policies and regulations, for us to learn from.
