國際疾病分類第十一版（ICD-11）傳統醫學補充章節之介紹

國際疾病分類是將現行疾病編碼、系統化，以方便醫師對於疾病做分類之現行全球最通用的一套標準化系統。在2008年，世界衛生組織決定將傳統醫學納入ICD-11中之第二十六補充章節中。本文將針對該章節進行完整介紹，並整合台灣針對術語標準化與疾病編碼之相關研究，分析未來ICD-11之傳統醫學補充章節對台灣中醫可能有的影響，使台灣醫學界於未來此系統正式上線後能快速應用於臨床業務以及研究上。

The International Classification of Diseases is a standardized system that categorizes existing diseases. In 2008, The World Health Organization decided to include Traditional Medicine in Chapter 26, “Supplementary Chapter Traditional Medicine Conditions”, of ICD-11. This article provides a comprehensive introduction to this ICD chapter, and further analyzes future influences it can have in the field of Chinese medicine in Taiwan through the integration of various research regarding terminology and disease classification, so that the medical field in Taiwan can implement this system to clinical and research purposes more efficiently once it is applicable.
