企業社會責任與地方創生有機結合之可能性初探

The organic integration for the combination of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the regional revitalization

本文試圖指出企業其實只要能將其資源適當連結到其所在地方的發展，將可使其因具有社會價值創造力，而更能展現其實質且有益於自身發展的一種社會責任，從而使其能有效的獲得市場競爭優勢。就一個地方而言，如何與企業進行資源的整合與應用，經由本文案例的分析，我們發現大致可從以下幾個方式來進行：（一）、經濟網絡化制度機制的建立；（二）、找尋穿針引線的資源整合協助者；（三）、群眾經由募資管道成為地方公司之股東；（四）使具科技與行銷網絡資源整合能力企業成為地方獨特小量產品的創生者；（五）藉由國際資源網絡的接引使地方創生企業得以獲得發展。

This article is trying to figure out if enterprises could collaborate their resources to the development of the local area, getting advantages towards their competition in the market. The successful collaboration creates social value, at the same time, shows the company’s abilities to perform with excellence in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). For a certain area, the following were some strategies concluded by this paper on how to integrate business resources according to local conditions : 1. establishing the mechanism of economic networking, 2. looking for the integrator of various resources, 3.local people becoming shareholders through crowdfunding, 4.letting the business that owned competence of tech. and marketing become producer of unique products of the local area, 5.connecting with the international resources.
