董事長滾動翻轉人生之生命歷程探究

Research on the Life Story of How Chairman Turned His Life

甚麼樣的生命淬煉，讓一個陽光男孩成為身體嚴重殘缺的人，又是如何的堅韌生命毅力讓他成為令人撼動與敬佩的企業家，值得為其「滾動翻轉人生」寫下發光發熱的精彩生命故事。本研究採質性研究法，以半結構式訪談大綱進行深度訪談，以「敘說生命故事」（story telling）方式，詮釋一位企業家林董事長的生命故事，敘說林董事長成長背景、如何面對艱困、成功的發展事業，在身逢重大變故後仍堅毅過人，逆轉人生，創業有成，讓生命發光發熱，隨年齡漸長的過程中，生命力仍然持續活躍，創造精彩的人生。研究結論如下：（1）逆境中求生存，是人生命運的重要考驗；（2）不斷吸收新知識及無所畏懼的精神，踏上成功之路；（3）從經驗中找尋創新，創新帶來快樂；（4）投入公益視為自己的責任，帶來生命價值；（5）持續活躍創造精彩人生。藉由本研究了解林董事長在逆境中求生存、創業，並不斷地為地方奉獻，引領地方，同時無私的付出，廣做社會公益等，林董事長堅毅奮鬥的活力，豐富的生命歷程，堪稱是一位「滾動翻轉人生」的最佳典範，所形成的文化價值，無論對年輕的一代或是中、老年人都是值得去探究與學習。

A positive and motivated young man was tried by ordealed and became severely disabled. However, tenacity and perseverance also enabled him to weather the storm and he eventually became a respected entrepreneur. His incredible ''rolling life'' is worth being recorded. Applying qualitative research methods, this study conducts in-depth interviews with semi-structured interview outlines and interprets the life story of an entrepreneur Mr. Lin. With a ''story telling'' approach, this study describes the growth background of Mr. Lin, how he faced difficulties, his early success in his career, and how his self-reliance allowed him to reverse life, start a new business after an unforeseen misfortune, and continually create his wonderful life with age. From Mr. Lin’s life story, the study concludes (1) surviving adversity is a critical test of life destiny; (2) a passionate thirst for knowledge and fearless spirit open a gate to success; (3) innovation is from life experience and brings happiness; (4) an established soul that regards public welfare as his responsibility to bring value to his life, and (5) continuous activeness creates a wonderful life. This study aims to demonstrates Mr. Lin's uneasy and rich life;it also shows his constant and selfless contribution to local affairs and social welfare. Mr. Lin's vitality, perseverance, and amazing stories make him a wonderful example of a ''rolling life.'' The cultural value formed in his life is worth being explored and learned by readers in every different stage of life.
