桃園閩南傳統文化新發現：以桃園市八塊厝民俗藝術村為例

傳統民俗文化中，包含表演藝術（Performance art）、工藝（craft）、口述（dictate）、民俗（folklore）等無形文化資產，不但多元且精采豐富，八塊厝民俗藝術村身為桃園唯一專責推動臺語及傳統民俗藝術園區，本文將以園區為例，探討如何將廢棄營區閒置空間修復再利用，並進而成為民俗藝術村，肩負桃園唯一專責推動臺語及傳統民俗藝術的園區，是否能成為地方創生基地，並創造在地就業的任務。
身處16.6公頃的都市森林公園內，得天獨厚公園的優美景觀及自然豐富的生態環境，園區前身為龍騰營區及保一總隊，部隊撤走後，將部分原本營區閒置空間進行修復再利用，未依文資法指定為古蹟或歷史建築，但因其仍具有歷史意義，遂依建築法第99條規定，「以具有供人瞻仰、追思、留念、紀念等所興建非為廟寺之建築物或雜項工作物，並經中央或省市政府核定有案者」，指定為紀念性建築物。
本研究希望就桃園無形文化資產中的傳統表演藝術、工藝、口述、民俗等面向，以現有文獻、實際參與、紀錄、深入訪談等方式，探討閒置空間修復再利用成效、傳統民俗文化園區轉化為地方創生契機的相關建議。
