Psoas Muscle Abscess after Vertebroplasty Cement Leak

腰肌膿瘍是脊椎成形術罕見的併發症，有可能無發燒症狀且延遲診斷。此案例病人意外跌倒一個月以來疼痛加劇，比較跌倒當天就診與一個月後第二次就診X光，可以看到骨水泥移位，電腦斷層顯示骨水泥滲漏至鄰近的椎間盤和腰肌，並形成椎旁和腰肌膿瘍。

Psoas muscle abscess is a rare complication of percutaneous vertebroplasty, and could be afebrile with delayed diagnosed. This case presented with progressive severe pain over a month after falling accidentally. X-rays on the day of trauma compared to the second ER visit one month later showed cement displacement. Computed tomography revealed cement leakage into the adjacent disc and psoas muscle, with paraspinal and psoas muscle abscess formation.
