本研究透過深度訪談三位資深師資培育者的生命經驗,探討其教師職涯選擇的考量與影響因素,並進一步了解其專業發展的方式、挑戰及因應等層面。研究結果顯示,三位教師受個人與環境因素影響成為師培教師,如:家庭背景、自我興趣、工作機會等,並基於對教育工作的喜愛,及教育工作給予的回饋與成就感,持續師培教師職涯,樂在其中。在教師專業發展上,教學專業發展是他們共同關注的層面,終身學習是專業發展的核心本質。教師們以教育專業精神貫穿師培職涯,並經常透過自我反思維持專業發展的前進動力。
英文摘要
Through in-depth interviews with the life experiences of three senior teacher educators, this research explores the considerations and influencing factors of their teacher career choices, and further understands their professional development methods, challenges and responses. The results of the research show that they have become teacher educators affected by personal and environmental factors, such as family background, self-interest, job opportunities, etc. Based on the love of education work, and the feedback and accomplishment given by education work, they continue to this career, and enjoy it. In the professional development of teachers, teaching professional development is their common concern, and lifelong learning is the core essence of their professional development. Teachers run through the career with the professionalism of education, and often maintain the advancing force of professional development through self-reflection.
