Regional Revitalization

面對我國總人口減少、人口過度集中大都市，以及城鄉發展失衡等問題，行政院2018年成立「地方創生會報」，2019年核定國發會提出之「地方創生國家戰略計畫」，秉持以人為本精神，結合新創觀念，復興地方產業，創造就業，促進人口回流地方，達成「均衡臺灣」目標。

To face problems such as reduction in total population, aging and low birth rate, excessive concentration of population in large cities and imbalance of urban and rural development, the Executive Yuan formed the“Executive Yuan Regional Revitalization Board (RRB)＂in 2018 and approved the“National Strategic Plan for Regional Revitalization＂presented by NDC in 2019. To achieve the objective of“balanced development throughout Taiwan＂, the plan objective is to, following the spirit of people first, combine the concept of innovation to revitalize regional industry, create employment and promote flow back of population to regions.
