我國對美歐市場出口競爭力之探討及強化策略

Taiwan's Export Competitiveness Reform in the U.S. and European markets

對外貿易向為我國經濟成長的主要動能。基於我國現今出口動能發生減速趨緩的現象，且歐美市場正積極進行產業政策調整等國內外環境變動，本文擬檢視我國對美國與歐盟15國市場出口現況，並藉由日本、韓國、中國大陸等主要競爭國對美歐市場的出口競爭力消長分析及透過國際經濟與產業發展現況與政策發展，以探討未來美歐進口展望趨勢及我國面臨可能的契機與挑戰。根據本成果，研擬我國對美歐市場之總體貿易發展策略及個別利基產品拓銷策略，藉以提升我國對美歐市場出口競爭力，擴大出口引擎動能，促進經濟穩健成長。

Foreign Trade is Taiwan's major source of economic growth. Based on the U.S. and EU's future directions for industrial development and economic policy, our research mainly examines the changing pattern of Taiwan's export structure, and the situation of Taiwan's compete against other competitors（including Japan, Korea, and China）. Based on our conclusions, we aim to design the trade and economic strategy and product market expansion to upgrade the export competitiveness of Taiwan and the steady economic growth.
