因應知識經濟發展、產業結構改變及提升國民生活品質，行政院經濟建設委員會與相關部會研訂的「服務業發展綱領及行動方案」，已於本(93)年11月10日提報行政院2914次院會決議通過，以提高附加價值及創造就業機會。

On Nov. 10 the Executive Yuan approved a timetable for progress on 29 bills designed to speed up the deregulation of Taiwan’s domestic services market. By that date 14 of the bills had already been sent to the Legislative Yuan for deliberation. Seven of the remaining bills will be drafted and submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval by the end of 2004; the other eight have a broader scope of involvement, and will need more time for coordination.
