大陸經濟崛起與全球經貿版圖重整的啟示

近來，有關大陸經濟的問題一直是國際社會關注的焦點，首先是大陸經濟成長的表現搶眼，國際社會卻多所質疑，認為大陸的統計數據不可靠。其次是人民幣匯率的合理性，國際社會一再質疑人民幣匯率低估，造成大陸製品在國際市場不公平競爭，要求人民幣匯率應適當調升。

In recent years, China has achieved the rapid enhancement of its economic power and become a major player in the global economy. However, to counter the dangers posed by the overheating of its economy, the authorities in Beijing have recently implemented measures to put a brake on runaway economic expansion.
The main purpose of this paper is to examine China’s economic development situation alongside the evolution of its economic role on the world stage, and to analyze the impact of its cooling measures on its own economy as well as the regional and global economies and the cross-strait economic and trade relationship. It is hoped that the paper’s conclusions will furnish a helpful source of reference for the formulation of cross-strait strategy by both the government and private enterprises in Taiwan.
