行政院院會於3月31日通過「服務業發展綱領及行動方案」，以「Brighten Taiwan’s Smile」說明未來台灣服務業發展應重視服務內容(Service)、市場(Market)、創新(Inno-value)、生活(Life)、就業(Employment)，為台灣在全球產業鏈中尋找新的定位。

The Executive Yuan gave its stamp of approval to the Service Industry Development Framework and Action Plan on Mar. 31. Under the slogan“Brighten Taiwan’s Smile,”the program places the emphasis of future service industry development on“Service, Market, Inno-value, Life, and Employment”with the aim of helping the island find a new position in the global industrial chain.
