經過近9個月的研議，行政院跨部會「改革公司治理專案小組」日前完成「強化公司治理政策綱領暨行動方案」，並於11月12日獲得行政院核定。該方案預計修訂「公司法」、「證券交易法」、及「會計師法」等15項法規，並改革重整與破產機制。

After nine months of work, the cross-ministerial Corporate Governance Reform Task Force recently completed the Policy Framework and Action Plan for the Strengthening of Corporate Governance. The plan, which was passed by the Executive Yuan on Nov. 12, calls for the revision of 15 laws and regulations (including the Company Law, Securities Transaction Law, and Accountants Law) as well as for reform of the reorganization and bankruptcy mechanism.
