當下根植於互聯網技術的各項科技日益成熟,並且伴隨著社會大眾使用習慣的遷移不斷更新迭代,尤其是在近三年Covid-19疫情的影響下,世界各地的實體經濟都有不同程度的衰退,與之相對的則是線上商業模式和生活模式的飛速發展,以往許多慣性維持的實體習慣被迫中斷,推動消費者接受新的生活模式。在電子出版的領域中,電子漫畫一直是受到一定規模讀者和作者長期支持的媒體類型,近幾年其銷售量和影響力更是直綫上升,疫情期間的種種不便也造就了一批新的使用者,尤其對於年輕一代的讀者,隨手可得且可在不同載具之間無縫遷移的閱讀模式以及比紙本更優惠的購買價格,都令其可以更低成本地接觸最新鮮的漫畫資訊和連載章節,憑藉這些競爭力,電子漫畫在台灣的市場需求正在逐步上升。本次研究採用問卷調查的模式,針對台灣在地有一定自主消費能力的年輕讀者,參考過去針對數位漫畫與電子書消費行為模式之研究,訂定相關問題並製成網路問卷,在年輕人常用的社群平臺和動漫平臺上發放及調查,並通過回收統計分析,以期瞭解台灣年輕消費族群在電子漫畫上的消費體驗、消費習慣及需求意向,從消費者的角度為服務供應商提供有參考價值的的建議。

At present, various technologies rooted in internet technology are becoming more and more mature, and are constantly updated and iterated with the migration of the public's usage habits. Especially under the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic in the past three years, the real economy around the world has declined to varying degrees, in contrast to the rapid development of online business models and lifestyles, many traditional physical habits maintained in the past have been forced to interrupt, pushing consumers to accept new lifestyles. In the field of electronic publishing, electronic comics have always been a media type supported by a certain number of readers and authors for a long time. In recent years, its sales volume and influence have risen sharply. For readers, especially for the younger generation of readers, the reading mode that is readily available and can be seamlessly transferred between different vehicles, and the purchase price is more favorable than that of paper books, all of which allow them to access the latest comic information at a lower cost And serial chapters, with these competitiveness, the market demand for electronic comics in Taiwan is gradually increasing. This study adopts a questionnaire survey model, targeting young readers in Taiwan who have a certain degree of independent consumption ability, referring to past research on digital comics and e-book consumption behavior patterns, formulating relevant questions and making an online questionnaire, which is commonly used by young people Distributed and surveyed on the community platform and animation platform, and through the statistical analysis of recycling, in order to understand the consumption experience, consumption habits and demand intentions of Taiwan's young consumer groups on electronic comics, and provide useful reference for service providers from the perspective of consumers worthwhile advice.
