半色調冷燙技術應用於隱藏式防偽之研究

本研究提出一種創新半色調燙金隱藏防偽技術，透過實驗的方法，分別以不同參數的半色調防偽技術製作防偽圖像，製作金屬凸版以熱燙方式去測試半色調熱燙的最佳範圍，本研究最主要是以半色調冷燙隱藏防偽技術為核心，找出最佳效果的參數同時是可以量產。實驗的結果熱燙及冷燙都有半色調冷燙隱藏防偽功能，但總體而言建議以平版半色調冷燙製程較適合發展隱藏防偽技術，同時可以量產並做更多商品的應用。

This study proposes a kind of innovative halftone cold stamping and hot stamping anti -counterfeiting technology. Through experiments, anti -counterfeiting images are made with halftone anti-counterfeit technology with different parameters, and metal convex plate is used to test the best range of heating hot and perm. The main research is based on halftone cold stamping anti-counterfeiting technology. Finding the best effect parameters can be mass production at the same time. The results of the experiments are hot and cold, and they have halftone hidden anti-counterfeiting function, but in general, it is recommended to use offset printing cool stamping process to develop hidden anti-counterfeiting technologies. At the same time, it can mass production and make more products.
