職前體育教師須面對之重要職涯選擇的辯證過程

Preservice Physical Education Teachers are in a Quandary -Dialectical Process

師資培育實徵研究的趨勢，指出「報考率」相較於「錄取率」之下，出現「報考率」高於「錄取率」的現象，凸顯出在師資培育政策框架下的結構性問題正影響著職前體育教師所面臨到的職涯選擇。本文以教師社會化（teacher socialization）作為理解職前體育教師在職涯選擇的基礎框架，描述職前體育教師在面對少子化、師資供需失衡、教師甄試等三大面向之壓力點，藉此勾勒出職前體育教師在面臨「報考率」大過於「錄取率」的趨勢中，其內心正處於職業生涯岔路的不安定狀態，藉著辯證的過程（dialectical process）刻畫，試圖對職前體育教師所面臨職業生涯的不安定狀態進行理解，進而提供個體（individual）在僧多粥少的年代，找到所屬的安身立命之道。

Empirical research on teacher education indicates the rate of registering for teaching force is superior extremely higher than the admission rate, highlighting the structural problem of teacher education policy is influencing preservice physical education teachers’ (PPETs) career selection. Based on teacher socialization as the theory of understanding PPETs’ career selection, the present study depicts that PPETs are encountering career restless under the circumstances of low-birth-rate, the imbalance between teaching force supply and demand, and teacher enrollment examination. Through a dialectical process of description, this study tries to understand the phenomenon of PPETs’ career restless, in order to assist PPETs in finding their pathways of settling down in the era of supply and demand imbalance.
