Engaging in Collaboration and Leading in Professional Development(2021)

為增進圖書館同道及國圖館員的專業成長與學習，本館持續規劃並辦理館員增能訓練、專業研習，並制定讀者服務指引，期深化館員的專業發展、能力成長。其中，專為本館同仁所規劃的增能訓練，包含各單位辦理的業務及政策宣導、技術服務、讀者服務、資訊安全、資訊系統介紹、環境教育及性別主流教育等。依對象來分，也包含了對中高階主管人員的培育、新進人員及第一線服務人員訓練、館員知能教育訓練等。

To further the professional development and learning of NCL staff and colleagues of other libraries, the NCL has continuously planned and organized various professional training courses and seminars, as well as developing guidelines for visitor and reader services. Among these, the professional training courses specifically designed for NCL staff include the promotion of services and policy, technical services, public services, information security, introduction to information systems, environmental education, and education on gender mainstreaming, among others. Concerning target groups, the courses and seminars also include training for mid- to high-level managers, training for new staff and frontline service personnel, professional knowledge and skills training for librarians, etc.
