一位肝硬化病人有空腸靜脈曲張出血並有肺癌

Jejunal Varices and Lung Cancer in a Patient with Cirrhosis of the Liver

肝硬化偶爾引起空腸靜脈曲張。這裡，我們報告一例空腸靜脈曲張的肝硬化病例，並意外發現了1B期肺腺癌。患者因一星期之柏油樣大便而頭暈到急診就醫。她接受胸腔鏡右下肺葉切除術，隨後進行空腸靜脈曲張結紮手術，恢復良好。空腸靜脈曲張與肺癌同時發生在肝硬化患者中是罕見的，診療過程值得報告。

Jejunal varices are occasionally caused by cirrhosis of the liver. Here, we report a case of cirrhosis of the liver associated with jejunal varices and unexpected discovery of stage1B lung adenocarcinoma. The patient presented to the emergency department with dizziness due to bloody stools for one week. She recovered well with thoracoscopic right lower lobectomy followed by ligation of jejunal varices. Co-occurrence of jejunal varices and lung cancer is rare in patients with liver cirrhosis. The diagnosis and treatment process are worth reporting.
