Occupational accidents are a major risk for workers in the workplace. When scholars study such issues, most of them discuss using accident group insurance to reduce part of the employer's losses from the employer's point of view. However, when faced with legal responsibilities, the employer's risk cannot be effectively filled, which will cause secondary losses to the enterprise. In addition, few studies have explored this issue from the perspective of labor. This study takes traditional industries in the central region as an example, and discusses whether employers' liability insurance can enable both employers and employees to receive appropriate compensation when occupational accidents occur from the perspective of employers and labors. This study collects 120 questionnaires from laborers in various industries in traditional industries and employers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the central region for analysis. There are 100 valid questionnaires for laborers and 72 valid questionnaires for employers. The research results show that the company's involvement in different insurance products and risk management have a positive impact on the willingness to purchase employer's liability insurance. |
