光達是近年來逐漸被應用在測繪發展上的一種遙感探測技術,其原理是透過光感測與物體之間的距離,感測方式概分為閃光(Flash)和掃描(Scanning)兩種。依目前市面所販售的智慧型手機來看,iPhone 手機是推動3D 感測在市場中的主要機種。
本研究是應用iPhone 12 Pro 智慧型手機的光學雷達掃描儀(LiDAR)功能,其最遠偵測距離為5 公尺,透過雷射光反射回來的資訊,結合主鏡頭相機圖像資訊、動作感測與新版iOS、iPadOS 深度結合,然後搭配手機晶片處理,進而解析環境特徵並得出場景資訊。
經研究結果顯示,對於現況界址三維模型建構而言,掃描的點雲資料具相當價值性。不僅能夠細緻的記錄物體表面,如牆壁、圍牆、柱子等細部的形狀特徵,更能夠輔助地籍圖重測時,對於測量及地籍調查時現場界址的記錄及判讀。
英文摘要
LiDAR is a remote sensing technology that has been gradually applied in the development of measurement in recent years. Its principle is to sense the distance between the object and the object through light. In terms of smartphones currently sold in the market, the iPhone is the main model driving 3D sensing in the market.
In this study, the Light Detection and Ranging function of the iPhone 12 Pro smartphone is applied. The maximum detection distance is 5 meters. The information reflected by the laser light is combined with the main lens camera image information, motion sensing and The new version of iOS and iPadOS is deeply integrated, and then processed with the mobile phone chip to analyze environmental characteristics and obtain scene information.
The research results show that the scanned point cloud data is of considerable value for the construction of the 3D model of the current situation parcel. Not only can it meticulously record the shape features of the surface of objects, such as walls, fences, pillars, etc., but also assist resurvey of cadastral map, record and interpret the site boundary during measurement and cadastration investigation.
